The Force Unleashed Demo Coming This Week

The Force Unleashed Demo is hitting the Xbox Live Marketplace and the PSN Marketplace this week. You can try out unleashing your Sith anger this Thursday. Here is a little bit of info about the demo from PS3 Fanboy:

The demo takes place in one of the early levels in the game known as the "TIE Fighter Construction Facility" -- it's a level you've probably seen many times before in trailers. The mission briefing goes: a Jedi General named Rahm Kota is attacking and it's your job to dispose of him, but to do so in secret (read: kill everyone, no witnesses). That sounds promisingly evil and very much Sith-like. Let the dark side coercion begin.

Too Human Goes Gold

It was announced today that the Too Human demo surpassed 900,000 downloads. This made it the most downloaded action game demo of XBL history. I personally did not like this demo that much. To me it looked like a rip-off of Mass Effect and Conan with a choppy fighting style that posed no challenge. Virtually unlimited ammo and easy enemies does not please me; I barley lost any health throughout the demo. You can pick up Too Human on August 19th, it will be rated T and priced at $60. I don't think I will be purchasing this game because it doesn't really bring anything different to the table. The gameplay was mediocre at best and there are not any stunning features that could shield that; I'm taking a pass.

Madden 09 Demo Out on XBL Arcade

UPDATE: The game starts with a John Madden hologram, great (sarcasm). The first thing you have to do is take the Madden test which calculates you skill at Madden and makes your own skill level. The Madden Moment is this years Superbowl game, you get to play as the Giants when there is a minute on the clock and you are down by four. I loved the gameplay it was really enjoyable; so glad I reserved it today along with Gears 2 Special Edition. 

Yay! Today the Madden 09 Demo has been released to the arcade. I am downloading it right now and it weighs in at 1.09 GBs. The demo includes two game modes; Madden Test and Madden Moment. I reserved this game earlier today and I am excited to see how the gameplay feels. I will update this post after I play the demo. Anyone who is interested in Madden should try out the demo.
